What is here, now, when you are not trying to be someone?

ANVIKSA IS AN ENQUIRY.

NOT AN ANSWER.

Our Mission

Our mission is to spread the awareness of self-knowledge. We do this by creating spaces, tools, and a community dedicated to the direct inquiry into the nature of the mind, consciousness, and reality.

What is Anviksa?

Anviksa (अन्वीक्षा) is the Sanskrit word for enquiry, investigation, and reflection. It is the art of looking within, not for answers provided by others, but for the direct perception of truth.

J KRISHNAMURTI

Indian philosopher, speaker & writer

1895 - 1986

The person, Krishnamurti, is not at all important. What is important is that we investigate, examine, observe and think clearly, not trying to understand him but together understand what has happened to humanity, what is happening in the world and our relationship to it.

RAMANA MAHARSHI

Indian Sage, Jnani

1879 - 1950

In a society consisting of followers of diverse ways of life, Oh best of Sadhus, society is like the body and the members its limbs. Oh, ascetic, a member prospers by working for society like a limb serving the body. Through mind, speech, and body, one should always conduct oneself so as to serve the interests of society and should also awaken his circle to do likewise. One should build up one’s own circle so as to serve the interests of society and then make it prosper so that society itself may prosper.
